NameBayBay is a collaborative baby naming platform that allows users to:

• Browse and search baby names from various origins and meanings
• Save favorite names and create shortlists
• Collaborate with partners or family members on name selection
• Access premium features through paid subscription plans

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Free Plan

The free plan provides limited access to the Service's features. Free accounts may have restrictions on the number of saved names, collaborators, and available features.

Paid Subscriptions

Premium features are available through monthly or annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fees as described at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• Provide accurate billing information

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.

The Service allows you to invite collaborators (such as partners or family members) to your nest. When you invite someone:

• They will be able to view and interact with names in your shared nest
• You are responsible for obtaining their consent before adding them
• You can remove collaborators at any time through your account settings

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Name meanings, origins, and other information provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as definitive sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAMEBAYBAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account data after a reasonable period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
